Math And Me - Fostering The Future

• I would like to confirm that my son has benefited tremendously from math and me tuition provided.  He has has become more confident to ask questions when his math results improved.  He thrives on one on one interaction with tutor.  I’m a single mom so affordability and sustainability of tuition is a concern.  His doing so well with home sessions as he requires supervision on a constant basis.

When I first called and said that I needed a tutor for maths, I was getting 30% for the subject. This was 2 weeks before my grade 11 final exams. I took five 2 hour sessions with my tutor (Brett) and wrote the exams about a week later. In all honesty, I never felt more confident in myself before a math paper, because I knew that I now had the knowledge, and helpful tips, to get through the papers. I finished the year with a comfortable 67% for maths.The tutor I had from Math and Me was the most polite person I’ve ever met, he was the best tutor I have ever had and he helped me improve my marks in such a short time. MAM also gave me helpful study notes as well as extensive breakdowns on everything that could be tested.”

Cailin started with Math and Me in April 2018. I am proud to announce that her Maths mark increased from 29% (term 2) to 62% (term 3). I want to thank her tutor (Megan) for her continued motivation and dedication. Cailin is comfortable with her tutoring style and there is a mutual engagement between them. Her participation in Maths class has improved because of the confidence she portrays. We will continue to work with Megan in order to maintain the standard that has been set.
